On MSNBC, still no mention of the "that one!" line. Chris Matthews says the story of the night is that McCain refused to stoop as low as mentioning Ayers. Too much honor, I suppose. Update: The ThinkProgress live blog says that Brian Williams, Katie Couric, and Jeff Toobin all noticed the monstrous "that one" comment. Olbermann did too.
