The Broncos announced Thursday that they have traded guard Montrae Holland to the Cowboys for a fifth round pick in the 2010 NFL Draft. The move indicates that the team is very happy with Chris Kuper's performance at the right guard position. He's now the expected starter.

Denver Broncos offensive lineman Chris Kuper reportedly suffered a broken hand in practice today during the first snap of 9-on-7 drills.
