Per the Insider Jim Zorn talked briefly to reporters on the morning practice. He said that Clinton Portis turned his ankle and, while they believe the sprain to be minor, the medical staff will check out the injury. Chris Samuels's surgically repaired elbow was a little stiff and sore so he skipped the activities. They're telling Jasno they still believe he'll be ready in plenty of time for real fubball....

On the line: Keeping tackles Chris Samuels and Jon Jansen healthy is critical, especially with Campbell being a bit fumble-prone.
