Let’s predict Chiefs‘ 2008 Least Valuable Players and Most Valuable Players. I’m going to go with Brodie Croyle over Damion McIntosh and Pat Surtain for LVP, and Derrick Johnson for MVP in a close call over our triplets–Dwayne Bowe, Larry Johnson and Tony Gonzalez. Addicts, who are your 2008 Chiefs’ LVPs and MVPs?

I thought I’d add a few names to the list of players the Chiefs should be looking at. I still believe the Chiefs should sign Willie Anderson as soon as possible, so that the Chiefs can finally commit to moving Damion McIntosh out of the starting lineup and into the backup left tackle position where [...]

The Chiefs have kept their offensive lineup intact but a change could take place soon. Coach Herm Edwards appears to be losing patience with right tackle Damion McIntosh , who missed today's practice with what Edwards called a sore ankle. McIntosh could be back to work as soon as today, but he missed a lot of practice time in Wisconsin with a sore knee. Red Zone

A lot of Chiefs’ fans are very uncomfortable with the way the right side of the offensive line looks, and with good reason. They looked atrocious against the Bears. However, I want to be among the first people to defend Adrian Jones. I have heard a lot of talk about bumping him out of the starting [...]

Literally. A few minutes after defensive end Turk McBride and offensive Herb Taylor shoved each other during team drills, tackle Damion McIntosh and linebacker Pat Thomas took it further. They were tied up somewhere after the snap, and then the 328-pound McIntosh wound up on top of the 237-pound Thomas. McIntosh was punching Thomas as teammates and coaches tried to separate the two. Tempers flare...

Either this is a misprint or the Chiefs have pulled a shocker at day one of training camp. From the UW-RF camp site: First round draft pick Branden Albert was in on every first string snap at left guard. Brian Waters was at left tackle, Adrian Jones was at right tackle and Damion McIntosh [...]

Most Kansas City Chiefs fans expected the team to come out of draft weekend stocked with offensive line prospects, likely with at least two upper-tier prospects coming to Kansas City. Last year's line was so atrocious that only Damion McIntosh, Brian Waters and possibly Rudy Niswanger could say for sure that they had jobs in 2008. Surprising many, the Chiefs dipped into the offensive line talent pool...

Positions where the Chiefs could use some assistance: OFFENSIVE TACKLE: Damion McIntosh is the only proven player and the Chiefs would prefer to move him to right tackle or guard. Need: High.

The only appropriate way to start off this preview, I think, is to look at the Chiefs’ injury report: RB Larry Johnson (OUT) LT Damion McIntosh (OUT) LT Kyle Turley (OUT) RG Rudy Niswanger (IR) LB Donnie Edwards (Q) S Greg Wesley (Q) QB Brodie Croyle (P) LB Napoleon Harris (P) LB Derrick Johnson (P) Ponder that for a moment. Potentially (though unlikely) all [...]

I love refs who make calls like this . Damion McIntosh is likely to play this week but Rudy Niswanger is not. Donnie Edwards is uncertain at this point with a strained hamstring. Could I interest anyone in Bobby Sippio ? Phil's right. There are a lot more questions than answers after last week's loss. If you didn't see last night's MNF game, you missed a hell of a game . Hope in Minnesota comes in...
