*** Through 3 games no Rashied Davis has seen the most snaps . He has been on the field for a whopping 83.2 percent of the snaps. Desmond Clark is second with 78.1 Rotoworld had a good quote concerning Davis snap count: The Bears' offense is obviously run heavy, but as a full-time player it's almost like Davis would have to try to be as unproductive as he's been. He has only eight catches for 53 yards...

TE Desmond Clark has learned one thing about NFL offensive coordinators in his 10 seasons in the league. Perception changes. Reality usually doesn't. "Funny thing is, we're not calling new plays, we're calling the same plays we've been calling for years here." Rick Morrissey: Orton is low key, low risk Tribune picks 'em: Bears-Panthers in Week 2

We have been talking two tight end formations since Greg Olsen was drafted last year. By the looks of it the Bears are working hard to make sure they can get Olsen and Desmond Clark on the field together often . While the identity of the starting wide receivers remains a mystery a week into training camp, the Bears are using more double-tight formations than ever. One of the dominant ones in the passing...

When the Bears selected Kellen Davis a TE out of Michigan St, most in our community were dumb founded by the move. With Greg Olsen and Desmond Clark locked in at the 1 and 2 spots, it seemed unusual to draft a TE just for blocking purposes. Surley they could find a blocker in FA or somewhere on the team. As it turns out the Bears might have other plans in mind. While he may still see time blocking...

Chicago - The Bears have made a lot of moves so far, though most of them don't make much sense to me. While they smartly resigned LB Lance Briggs , they also resigned underachieving TE Desmond Clark and QB Rex Grossman . Their WR corps undergoes an overhaul, with Muhsin Muhammad cut and Bernard Berrian leaving for Minnesota. Their replacements are WRs Marty Booker and the overrated Brandon Lloyd ....

The Bears continue to lock up players. This time it is TE Desmond Clark. Chicago has extended Clark for 2 years through the 2010 season. This is a good move. Clark is a solid player and given our QBs a good close option. Clark will eventually give up his starting spot to Greg Olsen, likely before this contract runs out. It is believed that kicker Robbie Gould could be next to be resigned.
