A few years ago, Michael Bennett, of Lincoln, Calif., probably dreamed he would someday be a millionaire. He probably never dreamed it would be by catching a few fish, and I doubt he expected to reach the milestone at 24 years of age. But it is not longer a dream thanks to 'Fred' the frog.
