CHASKA, Minn., Aug. 11 (UPI) -- Trevor Immelman, the 2008 Masters champion, disclosed Tuesday he has withdrawn from the PGA Championship in Minnesota because of a wrist injury. Immelman, a 29-year-old South African, will miss his third consecutive major because of the injured left wrist. Jason Dufner made a 10-foot eagle putt on the par-5 18th Monday for a share of the Canadian Open lead with Anthony Kim and Retief Goosen after the rain-delayed third round. Dufner finished off a 2-under 70 Monday to match Kim (66) and Retief Goosen (67) at 15 under entering the final round at saturated Glen Abbey. Michael Letzig (66), Bob Estes (68) and Nathan Green (69) were 14 under.
