Jeff Schultz is having surgery on his broken finger today and has been placed on long term injured reserve. Chris Clark, meantime, has also been placed on long term injured reserve with a stress fracture in his right forearm. The U.S. Postal Service unveiled an Alaska statehood stamp Wednesday that uses an image of dog sled racer DeeDee Jonrowe mushing under the Alaska Range. The photo was taken by Alaska photographer Jeff Schultz. The stamp will be issued on Jan. 2, 2009, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the state, according to the U.S. Postal Service.
