Per KK, the Lightning have claimed Matt Pettinger off of re-entry waivers. He'll join Olie Kolzig, Jeff Halpern and Jamie Heward (who was recently sent down) as former Caps in the Bolts organization, leading one to speculate that perhaps they'll place a call to Glen Hanlon once they fire Barry Melrose.
