Edmonton right wing Ales Hemsky will have surgery to repair his left shoulder, Oilers general manager Steve Tambellini said Friday. Hemsky was injured Wednesday night in a loss to Los Angeles when he was hit from behind by Michal Handzus. Hemsky has seven goals and 15 assists in 22 games this season.
