It's been a while since he was a Flyer, but the guy once called "Skinny Vinny" is back. Flyers general manager Paul Holmgren announced last night that the team had acquired Tampa Bay left winger Vaclav Prospal in exchange for defensive prospect Alexandre Picard and a 2009 conditional draft pick.
