Penske Racing for the rest of the season is now going to have Brad Keselowski in the #12 car. Out is regular driver David Stremme. Bill Diehl says suspended Sprint Cup driver Jeremy Mayfield hasn't paid him for services. ESPN insider is reporting that EGR is going to name the driver of the #1 car this week.
