Rarely do these ultra-expensive, ultra-fast racers touch a normal road besides at races like the Monaco Grand Prix. But on this one special occasion, BMW driver Robert Kubica, put a F1 car in people's rear view mirrors. But don't think that this was a spontaneous drive....

Valencia is a familiar venue for the BMW Sauber F1 Team. However, Nick Heidfeld and Robert Kubica will still be entering uncharted waters when they race at the European Grand Prix in August. The BMW Sauber F1 Team has already completed many kilometres of tests at Valencia's "Circuit de la Comunitat". This is also where every BMW Sauber F1 Team car has made its track premiere since 2006.

With a great performance, a similarly fine race strategy, and a dose of luck, Nick Heidfeld finished a fantastic fourth in the German Grand Prix. By coming home seventh, Robert Kubica also added two points to the BMW Sauber F1 Team's tally. .
