Rumour Mill: According to a report in the Portuguese press today, Everton have lodged a second official bid of €16.5m (£13m) with Sporting for Joao Moutinho. If true, it's clear that the Blues are determined to test the resolve of the Lisbon club's president who has spent much of the past week insisting that the 21 year-old is going nowhere.
