I purchased a Toshiba laptop and one year Geek Squad and Virus Protection. You can not use the Virus Protection unless you give them a credit card so they can charge you when the year is up. I complained at the store and was told they heard the complaint before. I wrote the corp. hdquts. and never even got an answer. You pay your money and they will not give you what you paid to get. Customer Service hung up on me. I have never been treated so rudely by a someone in a business setting, unbelievable. Cannot return a refurbished item bought online to a store. Would not do a price match on a refurbished item that is within the 15-day window, but is now 50% off 5 days later. I don't understand why they won't refund me the difference -- instead, I have to return the item via mail for a full refund, and buy another one at the current discounted price. Ridiculous. The description for this item was so unclear that there was no way to tell that the wrong image was posted.Tried to resove with customer support but their only solutions involved more coming out of my wallet or me going out of my way to exchange item or return items for THEIR mitake.
