Horrible customer service! I ordered a Florida State sweatshirt for my son. When we received the sweatshirt they had sent a Youth medium instead of an adult medium. I called customer service to exchange it and they told me that they don't do exchanges if the orders are through Amazon. I then asked for a refund which they agreed to, but want me to pay for the return shipping and packaging. After approx 20 of going round and round with the customer service rep (Nichole) she finally stated they... - Note : 1
