The 11-2007.  The items in one package weren't packed properly, allowing them to shift around in the box and get damaged slightly. Also, the box came open and UPS had to re-tape the box.

The 06-2006.  Although these charts are advertised on the web site as water-resistant with a tough coating for longer life, it looks like nothing but a little thicker paper. Thusfar I have not found GPS...
