It was a good experience, except for the delivery service. Don't like the fact that they can leave my products outside where they can be stolen. Why can't they deliver to a PO Box at the Post Office? However, the customer service was great! I probably drove them crazy, I know I confused them because I was at my wits end because my precious dog was sick seems to be doing better since I got the products.
