Ordered two bouquets for a very special day - one arrived and the other didn't. Apparently, the orders to the same address were shipped via different carriers - FedEx arrived, and UPS was rescheduled... Note

DO NOT USE PROFLOWERS. I ordered flowers to be delivered one day before but they were not delivered. I got a call from Florist Express at 7pm the day they were supposed to deliver that they did not... Note
