I try to be fair when writing reviews - one star is fair. I bought an office chair. First, my order got lost...a week after I placed the order I called, and customer service saw that it hadn't been shipped yet. Then, they sent me six chairs on accident. A customer service rep named Noah called to ask if I wanted to buy the remaining chairs or ship them back...whaaat? It's not my fault they shipped extra cases, now they are just lying here and I don't know what to do with them. - Note : 1
