Instead I received shin pads early and the most important component of my purchase, 2 pair of cleats, was relegated to the least important shipping status. I have not been pleased with the customer service at soccer.com. They will advertise footwear and team shirts as available that they do not have in stock. In one case I ordered a shirt in September for an October birthday gift and the shirt did not arrive until Christmas. They always offer to cancel your order if you are unsatisfied but that is just a way of reducing their inconvenience if you are a vocal customer. They do not note items as "pre-order" as other competitive sites do so you do... - Note : 2
