When I ordered an item,I checked the availablity of it and it noted that the item was available, and then once partial order was recieved, the item wasn't sent due to it not being avaiable. Turn around time a bit slow in today's market, but satisfactory. Many places I shop online, have next day shipping as regular shipping. The 10 days for this order included a couple weekends so it is satisfactory. I would shop here again - Note : 3
