Blantyre, Malawi - Malawi Parliament will resume the budget session Wednesday, PANA reports. Making the announcement here Tuesday, the speaker's office said members of parliament would continue with task of trying to pass the budget.

Blantyre, Malawi - The independent Malawi Electoral Commission has announced that registration for the 19 May, 2009 general elections begins 18 August 2008.
