Bloomberg reported on Oct. 1: Boston Scientific Corp., the leading seller of artery-opening heart stents, fell to the lowest in New York trading since January after the company and Medtronic Inc. were ordered to pay $629 million in interest to Johnson & Johnson in an 11-year patent battle.
