Brian Mullan celebrated his 100th appearance as a member of the Dynamo by scoring as the Dynamo beat D.C. United, 2-0 at RFK Stadium in a game that was delayed for nearly three hours, first due to a power outage, then by lightning and unplayable field conditions. Brian Ching added an insurance goal in the 79th minute.
