As reported by me Monday, Bruno Barreiro the County Commission Chair, in a self-serving move, wanted to eliminate term limits and increase power of the County Commission Chair. Most of his buds (the unreformable majority) on the Commission must have had their own illusions of power dancing in their heads: Not one Commissioner would second his ordinance for discussion so it died at yesterdays...
