Local fare includes baltic hering, cloudberry jam, cray fish, deep fried white fish, cabbage rolls in HP sauce, cured meats on bread, tons of spuds and carrot. Rye is the bread of choice, and is consumed with tons of melted, flavoured butter. Very good.
