“We have come, with very solid numbers” (...then: grin for the reporters). It all reminded me of when he appeared on Dave Rutherford’s radio show in Calgary and immediately informed Mr. Rutherford that “I have come in Alberta, seven times.” The Liberals’ long-gun registry was “solid numbers” too, before it went nearly 2,000 percent over budget.
