JG Jones' replacement on the last issue of Final Crisis doesn't bother me as much as it apparently does some other people, but I think once it may have done. I'd rather have an issue in my hand - and I believe Doug Mahnke is a great artist anyway - than wait for it. I don't know whether the delay to Jones' work is as a result of Grant Morrison apparently revising some scripts, health...

Whether this will destroy the work’s artistic integrity remains to be seen. I thought Carlos Pacheco and Jesus Merino’s work blended pretty well with Jones’ in this week’s issue #4, so maybe the transition from Pacheco/Merino to Mahnke and Christian Alamy...
