INDIANAPOLIS -- The Indiana Gaming Commission has agreed to transfer a company's license to operate Casino Aztar in Evansville to another company pending a final sale between the two. Reno, Nev.-based Eldorado Resorts agreed in March to buy the Ohio River casino from Tropicana Entertainment for as much as $245 million.
