Eric Davis, who was selected for the Calhoun County Athletics Hall of Fame in June, will be inducted into yet another Hall of Fame, it was announced on Tuesday. Along with Rod Smith of Missouri Southern State, Davis will be inducted into the NCAA Division II Football Hall of Fame on December 12 in Florence.

1. - B. Levens was a workhorse. The running back rushed 10 times for 88 yards and caught five passes for 117 yards and one touchdown. Levens outjumped Carolina's Eric Davis - and got his feet down just inbounds - at the edge of the end zone to snare a 29-yard touchdown pass from Favre to tie the score 7-7 in the second quarter.
