According to the affidavit, Eric Harris and Larry Rodgers also were arrested. Harris, 33, of Tampa, was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Rodgers, 24, of Tampa, was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and possession of marijuana.
