When Bush 41 was running, Senator Tom Harkin (D-Iowa) called him George Herbert Walker Bush 50 times in one speech. His point was to make Bush seem elitist and rich because he had two middle names. There was disgust in his voice as he said “Herbert Walker” over and over again.
