Harley-Davidson Inc. announced early Friday the completion of its acquisition of MV Agusta Group, a privately-held Italian motorcycle maker. The Milwaukee-based manufacturer acquired 100 percent of MV Agusta Group shares for about 70 million euros, or $108 million, satisfying existing bank debt of approximately 45 million euros, or $69 million.
