Detroiters make over the neighborhood

As neighbors mowed their lawns and prepared to plant flowers, Hazel Stewart walked down Mansfield, the street she has lived on for 36 years, and pointed out the houses that belong to block club members. "See, see how well they keep their yards?" Stewart, 64, said Saturday during the second week of Detroit's Motor City Makeover.
