LONDON (MarketWatch) -- Infogrames Entertainment said fiscal year to March 31 loss narrowed to 51.1 million euros ($79 million) from 103.1 million euros, while revenue slipped 5% to 290.7 million euros after a delay in the release of "Alone in the Dark" and "Dragon Ball Z Burst Limit." Analysts polled by FactSet Research had expected a loss of 38 million euros on revenue of 297 million euros....

GameDaily reports Bonnell was apparently given the package by Infogrames -- which was a majority shareholder at the time -- without Atari's management receiving a copy of the agreement until two months after the deal was done....
