He has studied in Oxford University . In fact, he became King two years ago but some objections came from astrologers. Now, he is going to sit in the throne in November 6.

According to Zee News , the country of Bhutan on Friday formally became a democratic constitutional monarchy as King Jigme Khesar Namgyel signed the country's new Constitution ( full text ). The new Constitution, which calls on the government "to promote those conditions that will enable the pursuit of Gross National Happiness" (Art. 9, Sec. 2), has been endorsed by the country's Parliament....
