NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Ford Motor Co. said Friday it and Johnson Controls Inc. have agreed to cancel plans to sell Ford's Automotive Components Holdings interiors business and Saline, Mich. plant. The planned deal, agreed to in November 2007, was terminated by mutual consent, Ford said. Ford cited deteriorating business conditions and a tough economic climate as reasons for the decision....
