Kevin Bond was a surprise choice as Bournemouth's new manager after Sean O'Driscoll left for Doncaster Rovers. Bond's record at Bournemouth is quite bad, losing near enough half his games and he has overseen two relegation battles for the Cherries, ultimately losing it last season despite the best efforts after it was too late.
