Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy came up empty, yet again, Friday in her quest to disqualify every judge in Detroit's 36th District Court from hearing the criminal case of Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick and ex-aide Christine Beatty, but Worthy called it a necessary fight.
