In De Pers lees ik: ...Ingrid Betancourt moet de Nobelprijs voor de vrede krijgen. Dat vindt de Chileense president Michelle Bachelet. ... Volgens Bachelet is de redding van Betancourt 'een overwinning voor de democratie, de vrede en de vrijheid'. Moet in dat geval dan niet president Uribe die prijs krijgen? De prestatie hier lijkt me de bevrijding, niet ontvoerd worden. Zeker in Colombia.
