Spoilers for last night's "Dexter" coming up just as soon as I get some, uh, treats out of my cereal box... First thing's first: rarely have I been as horrified by an act of fictional violence as I was by watching Miguel Prado plunge a knife into Billy Fleeter, because I knew it almost wound up not being fictional. When the scene was filmed, Jimmy Smits accidentally grabbed a real knife instead...
