That's from the closed-session agenda for today's City Council (hat tip to John Kaheny). Mike Aguirre's top aide is going to push for the city to declare bankruptcy, Mike evidently being unaware that he lost his re-election bid 13 days ago; that even if he had won re-election, he's not mayor; that the council has no respect for his advice or judgment; etc., etc.
