Floods leave Durham homeowners pumping mad

More than 100 homes in some neighbourhoods of Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa flooded when heavy rain overloaded pumping stations. Durham Region works commissioner Cliff Curtis blames sewer connections in older residential areas.
