November 1821 2008 Day 10 11 12 13Today I took an amazing journey across the Chilean and Argentinean Lake Districts. I dont think I can compare anything to it. It first started with a bust trip from Puerto Varas and travelled around Lago Llanquihue which borders Volcon Osorno. We had to go through Parque Nacional Vicente Perez Rosales which is the national park on the Chilean side. Here we

Having the perfect weather, I saw the volcanoes clearly and the views were breathtaking. They stand out so majestically amongst the scenery. I felt very humbled seeing them. After taking some photos, I explored the town. There is not much to see and do there although...

... It was a wonderful crossing although breezy on the lake. We saw some stunning views of Volcan Osorno and Cerro Bonechelma, which were wrapped around with clouds, sunshine and blue clouds, which is quite a metamorphis. I got chatting to some Brazilians in English and broken Spanish. After 2.5 hours, we arrived in Peulla at the far end of the lake. I had a lovely lunch at the hotel and was...
