Ramon Castro was sidelined at the end of August with a leg injury, it's the third year in a row that Castro has been on the disabled list late in the season. While his bat is very nice to have especially from a back-up catcher, I wonder moving forward if the injury risk is becoming more of a liability then his offense is an asset. The Lohud Mets Blog is reporting that Ramon Castro running around the infield to test his injured quad. Castro was hurt against the Phillies two weeks ago today and has been on the DL ever since. He expects the News to be positive as he was moving well.........
