Rock Band gets an international flair today, as this week's bevy of downloadable tunes brings two songs from Spanish-language bands that, yes, feature Spanish lyrics. That'll make booze-fueled Rock Band parties very interesting, won't it? This week's full slate of releases includes the following: "Are You Dead Yet?" -- Children of Bodom "Tutto e Possibile" -- Finley...

A drummer from Nara Prefecture, Higuchi formed Loudness with guitarist Akira Takasaki in 1981. The band's fifth album, "Thunder in the East," released in 1985, peaked at No. 74 on the Billboard...

This is pretty rad. They’re called The AccoLade and for a Myspace band, they actually sound good (if you’re into bands like Evanescence). My curiosity naturally led to my their Myspace pictures, but to no avail. (Neither could I find any pictures with a quick Google search.) Regardless, the amazing thing about this band is that their Saudi Arabian. And we all know how much the...

No doubt the games are a lot of fun for people who can't play a musical instrument and they're probably preferable to your average shoot-em-up....
