Three people have been killed in the blast, which happened during peak hour near the Udelnaya Metro station in a northern suburb of Saint Petersburg. A car has exploded near the entrance to an underground train station in the Russian city of Saint Petersburg. Three people who were in the car have died and a fourth person is badly wounded. Police investigators are now at the scene.
