A 27-year-old woman died Saturday afternoon in a one-vehicle rollover in Parleys Canyon. Ines Flores Gamez, of Kearns, was traveling eastbound on Interstate 80 at a high rate of speed when she attempted to pass another vehicle, said Trooper Todd Johnson, of the Utah Highway Patrol.

The NFL announced compensatory picks yesterday. The Bears received three 7th round picks. The picks are 243rd, 247th and 248th and were given for the loses of Justin Gage, Alfonso Boone, Todd Johnson and Ian Scot. The good people over at Mile High Report fixed up their draft resource chart for the Bears a week or so back. It does not list the compensatory picks, but that may be coming.
