Some much to say, so little space! Actually, I have all the space I want, and it's a good thing. Yesterday seemed to be a busy day for guys getting injured(Dre Bly), guys feeling better(Jay Cutler) and guys that are simply off their rocker(Todd Sauerbrun). We'll start with the Quarterback. Filed under: Broncos , AFC West I hope punter Paul Ernster wasn't getting comfortable in Denver because two days after a dreadful effort against the Chargers, he was cut. And this comes a week after Todd Sauerbrun got, uh, the boot, for some weird taxi-cab-related issues . Merry Christmas, everybody! Unlike Sauerbrun, who was a pretty good punter, Ernster was released strictly for his on-field performance....

Miller actually lost his job with the Patriots last season when he suffered a shoulder injury (affecting his drops) and was replaced by the thunder-footed Todd Sauerbrun. Sauerbrun has since gone to Denver (the mile hile air has to be inviting for a punter), but obviously New England didn't think Miller was the answer any more.
